Do we really need blockchain?

ArenaPlay believes that this innovation of adding blockchain to entertainment is irreversible and not a flash in the pan for two reasons.

For one thing, people need real, valuable information to reduce the cost of trust. Computers and the Internet have made information sharing cheaper and easier, using information transparency to optimize value chains and improve collaboration efficiency. However, unstoppable false information and breach of contract also cause headaches, and Internet-based dissemination and replication are extremely easy. The cost people invest for trust has become increasingly large, which will inevitably hinder further improvement of efficiency.

Second, people need a network of production relations that interconnects consensus, behavior and value incentives. Compared with the industrial revolution, which brought a huge leap in productivity, the change in production relations is less dramatic. Human production activities are carried out in the center of the organization, which remains a top-down, pyramidal hierarchy of centralized structures. The more complex and hierarchical the organization's business is, the more difficult it is to achieve objective and fair benefit distribution, and therefore, the more difficult it is to improve efficiency. Blockchain integrates distributed storage, cryptography, P2P network, meta-universe, NFT and other technologies, and has the technical advantages of decentralization and de-trust, which is called the Internet of value. Blockchain is most likely to solve the problem of trust between people and create a new network of production relations - the meta-universe network.

cross-ecological and globalized blockchain entertainment complex based on the physical pan-entertainment industry, which is integrated with blockchain, and providing an underlying platform with anonymity, openness, reliability and fairness for technology developers and entertainment value creators.
